Marzena Rytel has more then 20 years professional experience in investment banking and corporate finance. She advised foreign entities in their investments in Poland, as well as governments and local authorities in Poland and CEE. 

Marzena specialises in PPP/ PFI type of projects dedicated to mobilize private finance for capital intensive public infrastructure projects. She was Working Group expert helping Polish Ministry of Development in preparation of Governmental PPP policy and Team Leader for PPP guidelines preparation. Currently, among others, she advises Polish Road Authority, EIB and European Commission.
